* Jason to answer your question about growing community, in The Netherlands we started by creating online spaces (literally a website to have a bit more visibility and be able to communicate) https://netherlands-coding-live.github.io/ With a small group we started hosting workshops (a moment for people to start collaborations and have new people involved, share skills and tools) and performances. We also had open 'jam sessions' so we could have anyone joinning.
